Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our Cancellation & Refund Terms

At Tech Expressers, we are committed to transparency in our service agreements. Please review the following cancellation and refund terms before purchasing any of our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once work on your project has begun, payments are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue services after project initiation, no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Request

Services may be cancelled at any time through written notice via email or text. Cancellations during an active month do not qualify for partial refunds. Failure to implement recommended strategies, website updates, or SEO changes may void eligibility for any refund consideration.

3. Third-Party or Client Interference

Refunds will not be issued if another agency is hired during an active campaign, if independent modifications affect the project, if required access is restricted, or if website issues prevent our team from performing services.

4. Design Approval & Event Services

Once a design has been approved and testing or deployment begins, refunds are no longer available. Event-related services arranged through our sales team require a minimum of 30 days advance notice for cancellation.

5. SEO & Marketing Packages

SEO, digital marketing, advertising, and growth packages are strictly non-refundable. Clients may cancel such services with 15 days written notice. Projects left inactive or unattended for more than 30 days are not eligible for refunds.

6. Advance Cancellation Notice

A minimum 15-day notice is required before the next billing cycle to discontinue recurring services. No refunds will be issued, and clients remain responsible for clearing any outstanding balances prior to account closure.
